About
I'm a real estate agent. I built this to check my own numbers first.
I'm Jared Harman. I sell homes for a living, and I still do.
Why it exists
Someone looking for an agent can now ask ChatGPT instead of a friend. I wanted to know what it told them about my neighborhoods, so I started measuring. Same questions every week, asked five times on each engine, and none of them use my name, because a stranger wouldn't know it.
From my own weekly measurements. Two engines haven't moved yet, and your results will be different.
Named Agent is that same measurement, pointed at your markets.
Why rates and not ranks
Ask ChatGPT "who's the best agent in [neighborhood]?", then ask again a minute later, and you can get two different lists. A tool that tells you you're "#3" is reporting one of those lists and calling it a fact.
So everything here is a rate: how many answers named you, out of how many we asked. Five asks per question per engine, every time. It's slower and costs more to run. It's also the only version of the number I'd trust with my own business.
Why there are no setup calls
I'm still selling homes. If the kit needed me on a call to get anyone set up, buyers would spend their first week waiting on my calendar. So the kit guides setup itself. Each step says what it's for, does everything it can, and asks you only for what you alone can give.
What I do read myself: every trial application, and every report that goes out during the founding phase.
What Named Agent won't do
- Log in to your accounts, post for you, or contact your clients.
- Promise that AI will recommend you. Nobody can.
- Sell the kit in San Diego County. That's my own market.
