What's in the report

  • Your score on each engine. How often ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity name you, as a share of real answers.
  • Who gets named instead. The agents and teams AI recommends in your markets, and how often. Add up to three competitors and you'll see them side by side.
  • What AI says about you. We ask about you by name and check the answers against what you told us. Wrong brokerage, old specialties, anything out of date gets flagged.
  • The sources it leans on. Which directories, review sites and articles the engines cite for your market, and whether you're on them.
  • A website and profile check. Whether AI crawlers can read your site, and whether your profiles agree with each other on name and phone.
  • Five to eight fixes. Ranked by effort, and each one points at the data behind it. No generic advice.

The report also lists every question we asked with your result on each engine, and a short note on how it was measured: which engines, which dates, how many asks.

These three are reported on their own. Your score only counts questions that don't use your name, because those are the ones a stranger asks.

Why it's a rate and not a rank

Ask ChatGPT the same question twice and you can get two different lists. One answer that puts you "#3" is a single roll of the dice. So every question is asked five times on every engine, and your score is the share of answers that named you.

One in five is luck. A question you win on several engines is real.

The engines are queried through their official search tools. Google's AI Overviews aren't included. AI answers change over time, so a report is a snapshot of the days we asked.

Questions

Do you log in to my accounts?

No. We only ask the AI engines questions and read public pages, like your website and the profile links you give us. Nothing gets posted for you, and nobody contacts your clients.

What happens after the report?

Some people take the fix list and work through it. If you want to see whether the fixes move anything, Monitor runs the same audit every month. If you want to do the work yourself with the full system, apply for the kit.

Can you promise AI will recommend me after this?

No. The audit is a measurement and a fix list. Anyone who promises a spot in an AI answer is guessing.
