The basics
What is Named Agent?
A report that shows real estate agents how often ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity name them when someone asks for an agent in their area, who gets named instead, and what to fix. I'm Jared Harman, a working real estate agent, and I built it to measure my own business first.
Which AI engines do you check?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, through their official search tools.
Are Google's AI Overviews included?
No. They aren't in the trial, the audit or Monitor. Kit owners cover them with a monthly hand check in the real apps, which takes about 20 minutes.
Why rates instead of a rank?
AI answers change every time you ask. One answer that puts you "#3" is a single roll of the dice. So we ask each question five times on each engine and report the share of answers that named you. A rate built from hundreds of answers holds up. One answer doesn't.
Which questions do you ask?
Up to 20. Three general questions for each of up to three markets, one for each type of client you want more of (up to two) in each market, three about you by name, and up to two of your own. Your score only counts the questions that don't use your name. The full list is on the audit page.
How long is the free trial?
90 days, with three monthly reports. It takes no card, so nothing renews or charges you when it ends.
How soon do I get a report?
Trial reports usually arrive within a week of your application being accepted. An audit is delivered within 3 business days of your finished intake, or you get a full refund. Monitor reports come monthly.
Choosing
What's the difference between the audit, Monitor and the kit?
The audit is one report, a snapshot of today. Monitor runs that same audit every month and adds a trend line, for agents who want the score kept while they, an assistant or an agency do the work. The kit is the whole system on your own computer: it measures you every week and helps you build the pages and profiles that move the number. With the kit, you do the work.
Which one should I start with?
If you've never seen your numbers, apply for the free trial or buy the audit. If you pay someone for SEO or AI visibility, Monitor shows whether it's working. If you'll publish two to three pages a week for 90 days, apply for the kit.
What does each one cost?
The trial is free. The audit is $99 for the first 20 buyers, then $199. Monitor is $79 a month or $790 a year. The kit is $2,500 for the first five buyers (or 3 monthly payments of $875), then $3,000 (or 3 monthly payments of $1,050), by application. Details are on the pricing page.
Does the audit price count toward the kit?
Yes. Buy the kit within 30 days of your audit and the full audit price comes off.
How do I cancel Monitor?
Email me at [email protected]. The next charge doesn't happen, and you keep getting reports until the end of the month or year you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
For the audit, yes: a full refund if your report isn't delivered within 3 business days of your finished intake, and during the founding phase, a full refund within 7 days of delivery if it wasn't worth it to you. Monitor stops at the end of the period you paid for. The kit's terms are on the terms page.
Where it's available
I work in San Diego County. Can I buy?
The free trial, the audit and Monitor, yes. The kit, no. San Diego County is my own market, so the kit is never sold there.
Is it available outside the United States?
No. Named Agent is for agents working in the United States.
Privacy, and what Named Agent never does
Will you log in to my accounts, post for me, or contact my clients?
No. Named Agent asks AI engines questions and reads public pages, like your website and the profile links you give us. It never logs in anywhere, never posts on your behalf, and never contacts your clients. The kit runs on your own computer and drafts things for you to send. Nothing goes out without your yes.
What happens to my information?
It's used to run your report and nothing else. The questions we ask the AI engines include your name and your markets, so those engines see them. Email me and I'll delete your data. Details are in the privacy policy.
Who can see my report?
It sits at a private link that search engines are told not to index. Anyone you share the link with can see it.
Guarantees
Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What you get is an honest measurement and a specific list of what to work on.
Does the kit have a guarantee?
The kit's guarantee is tied to measured improvement on your own questions between the day-0 and day-90 audits, for buyers who publish the pages. It never covers rankings, leads or sales. The terms are on the terms page.
The kit
What do I need to run the kit?
A Mac or Windows computer, a paid Claude plan, AI accounts billed by use (roughly $45 to $100 a month at the default schedule, with a spending cap you set), about 2 to 4 hours a week for the first 90 days, and the willingness to publish 2 to 3 pages a week for those 90 days.
Are there setup calls?
No. You open the folder in Claude and type "start", and the kit walks you through four sessions, about four hours over a week. Course videos are being recorded with the first five buyers. Email is for refunds and real bugs.
Why do I have to apply for the kit?
It only works for agents who publish, and it runs on your own computer. The application checks both. If the kit isn't a fit, it tells you why and points you to Monitor or the audit.
