What these terms cover
The free Monitor trial, the audit, Monitor, the kit and guided course, and this website. By applying, buying or using any of them, you agree to these terms. The privacy policy covers what happens to your information.
What Named Agent does, and doesn't
- We ask AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity) questions about your markets and about you, and we read public web pages, like your website and the profile links you give us.
- We report what came back as rates: how many answers named you, out of how many we asked.
- We never log in to your accounts, post on your behalf, or contact your clients.
No guarantees about AI answers
AI answers change from one ask to the next and over time. A report shows what the engines said on the days we asked. Nothing we provide guarantees how an AI engine will answer in the future, or any ranking, lead or sale. The kit's guarantee, below, is about measured change on your own questions and nothing more.
Your part
- You're the agent named in your application or order, or you're authorized by them.
- What you tell us is accurate, as far as you know.
- Questions you add are screened against Fair Housing rules before they run. We can reword a question or hold it back if it targets or describes people by a protected class, or by a stand-in for one.
Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, as shown on the pricing page when you buy.
- Founding prices are limited: the audit's $99 price is for the first 20 buyers, and the kit's $2,500 price is for the first five.
- If you buy the kit within 30 days of buying an audit, the full audit price comes off the kit.
Refunds
Free trial
The trial lasts 90 days, with three monthly reports. There's nothing to refund, because it takes no card. Either of us can end it at any time.
Audit
- If your report isn't delivered within 3 business days of your finished intake, you get a full refund.
- During the founding phase, if you feel the report wasn't worth it, ask within 7 days of delivery and you'll get a full refund. No questions asked.
Monitor
- Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected].
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, a month or a year. You keep getting reports until then, and you won't be charged again.
Kit
The kit's guarantee terms are being finalized and will be confirmed here before the kit opens. This is what it's built around.
Publish at least 24 pages in your first 90 days. If your AI mention rate across your questions hasn't improved between the day-0 and day-90 audits, which Named Agent runs on its own accounts, you get the kit price back. The kit keeps a log of the pages you publish so the conditions can be checked without argument.
The kit license
- The kit is licensed to one agent. One install runs one agent's identity.
- When you buy, you claim up to 3 markets (cities or neighborhoods), first come, first served. No other kit buyer can claim a market you hold.
- The license can't be transferred or resold, and the kit can't be shared or redistributed.
- The kit isn't sold for markets in San Diego County.
Running the kit
- The kit runs on your computer and your accounts. You pay for your own Claude plan and for AI usage, billed to you by those companies under their own terms. Setup has you set a spending cap on each account.
- Setup is guided by the kit itself. There are no setup calls. Email is for refunds and bug reports.
- The kit drafts. It doesn't publish, send or spend anything without your approval. What you publish, and whether it meets your brokerage's and your state's advertising rules, is your responsibility.
Founding kit buyers
The first five kit buyers get the founding price in exchange for an honest testimonial, whatever their results, and a check-in at day 90. If we publish your testimonial, we'll say that you received a founding discount.
Your report
Your report sits at a private link that search engines are told not to index. Anyone you share the link with can see it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Ending things
We can decline an application, end a trial, or stop service if it's misused, for example if someone requests a report on another agent without that agent's authorization.
Separately, Named Agent may run its own checks of public AI answers, for example to show an agent what the engines say about them. Those checks only ask AI engines questions and read public pages.
If we end a paid service early for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund the unused part.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Named Agent's total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Governing law and dispute terms will be added after legal review.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Changes don't affect anything you've already paid for.
