Kit + guided course

Run the whole system yourself, on your own computer.

This is the system I built to measure and fix how AI answers about my own business, packed up for one agent. It runs inside Claude on your computer and your accounts. You open the folder, type "start", and it walks you through setup in four sessions.

$2,500 for the first five buyers, or 3 monthly payments of $875 ($2,625 in all). Then $3,000, or 3 monthly payments of $1,050 ($3,150 in all).

Apply for the kit

The kit isn't shipping yet. Applications are open now. Checkout opens once the kit ships, and applicants who fit get an email when it does.

The requirements, before anything else

You'll need all of these:

  • A Mac or Windows computer. Chromebooks and tablets can't run it.
  • A paid Claude plan.
  • AI accounts billed by use, roughly $45 to $100 a month at the default schedule, with a spending cap you set. You pay OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity directly.
  • About 2 to 4 hours a week for the first 90 days.
  • The willingness to publish 2 to 3 pages a week for those 90 days, mostly from short voice memos.
  • An active US real estate license, and a brokerage that lets you run your own website and marketing.

If any of those is a no, Monitor gets you the same measurement every month without the work.

What it does, by job

Measure: is AI naming me?

  • A weekly sweep. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity get the questions buyers and sellers ask, five times each. You see rates, never a fake rank.
  • A baseline taken before anything changes, so you can prove progress later.
  • The exact questions where you already show up, engine by engine.
  • A flag when an engine switches models, so a jump isn't mistaken for your own progress.
  • The web searches each engine ran before it answered, which tells you what kind of page it was looking for.
  • A monthly hand check in the real apps, about 20 minutes. It's the only way Google AI Overviews get covered.

Diagnose: why not me?

  • Every site the engines cited, fetched and sorted (Yelp, Zillow, best-of lists, press, YouTube), so you know which ones matter where you work.
  • Who gets named in your place, by market and engine.
  • A teardown of any one competitor: why do they keep showing up?
  • Which of your markets have a page on your site, next to how often you're named there.
  • A weekly brief in five bullets: what moved, why, what to do next, what to stop.
  • A private dashboard with all of it on one page.

Build pages AI quotes

  • Twice a week, three page ideas ranked by where you're missing, each with the questions to answer in a voice memo.
  • Talk for two minutes and the kit writes the page in your voice, with sources and a compliance check.
  • A page has to carry something only you could say, or it doesn't ship.
  • One question per page, answer first, your name and the date on it, sources linked.
  • Structured data that tells engines you're one real, licensed person at your brokerage.
  • Imports for your association's monthly market reports and your Google reviews, with a source link on every figure.
  • Text, call and email buttons on every page.

Get found

  • Hosting on Cloudflare Pages, free tier.
  • A sitemap, crawler rules, an llms.txt file and IndexNow pings, so engines pick up new pages faster.
  • Step-by-step submission to Bing Webmaster Tools and Google Search Console.
  • Optional: a router that runs the new site beside your current website or IDX on one domain, without breaking the web addresses printed on your signs. Needs access to your domain settings.

Off-site proof

  • Drafts for review requests that ask clients to name the neighborhood, directory claims, best-of lists, press pitches and Reddit replies. Drafts only. You decide what gets sent, and you send it.
  • A check that your name, phone and brokerage match across your profiles, with the exact fix to paste into each one.
  • Google Business Profile post drafts, if you use GoHighLevel. Optional.
  • One ranked list of every job only you can do.

Safety rails, always on

  • Nothing publishes, sends, spends or touches your domain without your yes.
  • It never writes to your CRM, IDX, domain settings or third-party profiles.
  • No new subscriptions. Everything is billed by use, with spending caps set during setup.
  • No invented numbers. Every figure is yours or linked to a live source.
  • A compliance screen on every draft: Fair Housing, license display, brokerage naming.
  • Web addresses you've printed stay protected.

Setup: open the folder in Claude, type "start"

About four hours, spread over a week. Each step says what it's for, does everything it can by itself, and asks only for what you alone can give. Stop anywhere and it picks up where you left off.

See where you stand

60 to 90 minutes. A computer check, your basics and markets, your AI accounts with spending caps on each, then your first measurement, explained in five bullets.

Your foundation

About an hour. Your brand and voice, your brokerage's advertising rules, and your first task list.

Your site

60 to 90 minutes. Pick how the site goes live, build your first pages from a voice memo, publish when you approve, and submit to the search engines.

Proof and routine

About 45 minutes. Profiles and reviews, the weekly schedule, and your 90-day plan.

No setup calls

I don't do installs or onboarding calls. The kit guides setup itself. If something breaks, it checks what's wrong and explains it in plain words. Email is for refunds and real bugs.

The guided course

One short video per setup step, plus the weekly routine after it, for anyone who'd rather watch first. The videos are being recorded alongside the first five buyers.

One honest catch

Scheduled runs need your computer on and Claude open. Setup picks a time your laptop is usually awake, and the next session offers to catch up on anything it missed.

Two audits from us, included

Day 0. When you buy, Named Agent runs a full audit on its own accounts. You get your starting numbers before you set up a single key.

Day 90. The same questions again, run by us. That's your before and after, measured by someone other than you.

Bought an audit in the last 30 days? The full audit price comes off the kit.

Lock up to 3 markets

When you buy, you claim up to three cities or neighborhoods. Once a market is claimed, no other kit buyer can claim it. First come, first served.

The license is for you alone. It isn't transferable and can't be resold, and one kit runs one agent's identity.

Never sold in San Diego County. That's my own market. The audit and Monitor are open there.

The guarantee

The guarantee terms are being finalized and will be confirmed here before the kit opens. This is what it's built around.

Publish at least 24 pages in your first 90 days. If your AI mention rate across your questions hasn't improved between the day-0 and day-90 audits, you get the kit price back.

It covers measured improvement on your own questions. Rankings, leads and sales are outside it, because nobody can honestly promise those.

Founding price, two asks. The first five buyers get $500 off the one-time price ($525 on the 3-payment plan). In return, I ask for an honest testimonial, whatever your results, and a check-in at day 90.

Coming later for kit owners

Two add-ons are in the works: a listing deck builder ($399) and a content engine ($299). Neither is for sale yet.

Apply for the kit

When you send it, you'll see whether the kit fits. If it doesn't, you'll see why and what fits better. Only the starred fields are required.

Kit questions

I'm not technical. Can I still do this?

If you can install an app by following steps on screen, probably yes, though it may take longer than four hours. If you'd rather not touch software at all, Monitor gives you the measurement without any of this.

Can my assistant run it?

Yes. The voice memos have to be yours, though, because the pages are written in your voice.

I already pay an SEO company. Do I need the kit?

Maybe not. Start with Monitor and see whether what you're paying for shows up in AI answers. If it doesn't, the kit is how you'd do it yourself.

Does it work outside California?

Yes, anywhere in the US except San Diego County. The compliance defaults are built from California's rules, so setup has you confirm license display, team naming and ad wording with your broker.
